Terms of Excellence & Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Governs all private digital subscriptions across Canadian territories.
1. Nature of the Digital Membership
iptvxc.ca grants members a private, non-exclusive, revocable digital license to access curated high-definition and 4K television streams, live Canadian sports feeds, and on-demand cinematographic vaults. All memberships are intended exclusively for personal, residential, and domestic entertainment.
2. Screen Allocation & Multi-Device Governance
Memberships are provisioned based on the concurrent screen capacity acquired at checkout (1, 2, 3, or 4 simultaneous streams). The Single Private Key tier supports one active streaming display at any given instant across all registered household hardware. Multi-room tiers allow simultaneous playback up to the purchased device quota. Exceeding your allotted concurrent screen ceiling may cause temporary server auto-throttling.
3. Hardware Freedom & Zero Vendor Lock-in
iptvxc.ca does not require proprietary set-top equipment or mandatory hardware leases. Members maintain full liberty to deploy their private credentials across Apple TV 4K, Amazon Firestick, TiviMate, Android TV, Smart TVs (Samsung / LG), MAG boxes, iOS, and PC. Compatible application configurations are detailed in our Installation Atelier.
4. Clearance, Billing & Renewal Terms
All memberships are strictly prepaid through verified PayPal checkout. We do not engage in stealth subscriptions, automatic recurring banking withdrawals, or involuntary renewals. At the conclusion of your 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month term, you will receive a cordial reminder with the option to renew manually.
5. Fair Usage & Prohibited Conduct
To safeguard network throughput for our Canadian clientele, members agree not to: (a) Publicly restream, rebroadcast, or redistribute feeds; (b) Sub-license credentials to commercial establishments (bars, lounges, venues) without prior bespoke commercial clearance; (c) Subject the CDN infrastructure to automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing.
6. Anti-Freeze 9.3 Cluster SLA Commitment
We strive to maintain an optimal 99.9% uptime across our Canadian server infrastructure. Routine maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours (typically 03:00 to 05:00 EST). While we deploy redundant fiber routing, iptvxc.ca is not liable for disruptions originating solely from a member's local ISP bandwidth throttling.
