DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

Statutory declaration under Canadian Copyright Law & the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Notice of Non-Hosting Infrastructure

iptvxc.ca strictly operates as a digital directory and encrypted relay service. We do not host, store, or broadcast media content directly on our servers. All channel feeds and video streams link to authorized third-party servers accessible across the public internet. All trademarks, channel logos, and brand identities are the sole property of their respective copyright holders.

1. Non-Hosting & External Conduit Declaration

iptvxc.ca does not own, store, host, encode, or archive physical audiovisual media, video files, or live television broadcasts on its local infrastructure. Our service functions strictly as an encrypted technological index conduit, facilitating connections between end-user playback software (e.g., TiviMate, Apple TV) and third-party media transmission clusters available on the wider digital network.

2. Canadian & International Copyright Framework

We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators, rights-holders, and authorized broadcasters globally. In full adherence to the Canadian Copyright Act (including the Notice and Notice regime) and international standards under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), iptvxc.ca will promptly process and act upon verifiable notices of claimed infringement.

3. Designated Copyright Agent Contact

Rights-holders or their authorized legal representatives may submit formal copyright notices directly to our designated compliance desk at: dmca@iptvxc.ca or via our online concierge dispatch with the subject line 'Official DMCA Takedown Notice'.

4. Requirements for a Formal Infringement Notice

To ensure expeditious action, your written notification must include: (a) Identification of the specific copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) Identification of the specific playlist stream link or channel URL within our index claimed to be infringing; (c) Contact details including your legal name, title, address, telephone number, and corporate email; (d) A statement that you possess a good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner; (f) Physical or digital signature of the authorized representative.

5. Expedited De-Indexing & Takedown Protocol

Upon receipt of a complete and substantiated notice conforming to the requirements above, iptvxc.ca will expeditiously remove or disable public access to the referenced index stream, typically within 24 to 48 business hours. We also maintain a repeat infringer policy reserving the right to terminate access for parties that continually misuse digital rights.
