Every new membership at iptvxc.ca is backed by our 7-Day Guarantee. If you encounter unresolved technical complications preventing you from accessing your streams, and our technical concierge team is unable to resolve the issue on your supported hardware, you are entitled to a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of initial acquisition.

Before requesting a cancellation, members are encouraged to consult our 24/7 technical desk via WhatsApp or our Contact Atelier. Over 98% of perceived stream irregularities stem from easily corrected local variables: player cache congestion, DNS resolution conflicts, or incorrect playlist format selection.

Approved refund disbursements are processed directly back to the original PayPal account or funding card utilized during checkout. In compliance with Canadian financial merchant rules, funds cannot be redirected to alternative third-party accounts. PayPal reversals typically reflect within 24 to 48 business hours.

Refunds cannot be honored under the following circumstances: (a) Requests initiated beyond seven (7) calendar days from the initial transaction date; (b) Termination stemming from violations of our Terms of Excellence (e.g., unauthorized commercial rebroadcasting or sharing private keys beyond the acquired screen quota); (c) Temporary disruptions caused strictly by member ISP network outages.

Should you wish to upgrade from 1 Screen to 2, 3, or 4 Screens, or transition from a 3-Month or 6-Month plan to our 1-Year Annual Prestige tier, our billing desk will credit 100% of your remaining term toward the higher tier without administrative penalty fees.
